About LAAF

A Legacy of Compassion in Memory of Late Madam Lydia Afede Ayejuyole

Lydia Afede Ayejuyole Foundation was established to continue a life of service, sacrifice, and care for others.

Late Madam Lydia Afede Ayejuyole was known in Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, as a community leader who loved people deeply and sacrificed her comfort for the happiness of others. The foundation carries this spirit forward through practical support for people facing hardship.

LAAF believes that privilege should be used to lend a helping hand. The foundation exists to support and promote Akungba community, Akoko, and Ondo State in ways that improve quality and circumstances of life for present and future generations.

To be a frontline foundation that supports growth and development of Akungba-Akoko community and Ondo State through benevolent support for widows and other less-privileged individuals.

LAAF focuses on scholarships and student welfare, micro business loans for women, welfare care for widows and orphans, and free medical services for the less privileged. These focus areas reflect real needs in our communities and the foundation's commitment to sustainable support.
